Served as E2E Operations PM in tandem with the Deployment PM to lead seamless implementation.

AI H100s
Led the procurement and delivery of NVIDIA H100 AI servers during the peak of the 2023 global GPU shortage, amid the AI boom and surging IT infrastructure demands. Acted as the operations liaison between Supply & Demand, Marketing, and Logistics to fulfill critical customer needs despite extreme material constraints.

Led the global integration and decommissioning of services, tools, and solutions following a major merger between two S&P 500 companies. The objective was to consolidate offerings under a single, unified organization while ensuring zero business disruption and stakeholder alignment across all regions.
