Over the years, I’ve led business improvement initiatives that delivered both immediate results and long-term value across global teams. My focus has been on enhancing operational efficiency, aligning processes to business needs, and enabling scalable, sustainable growth.
 

From streamlining workflows to upskilling teams and embedding strategic alignment into day-to-day operations, my initiatives in process optimization, training, and cross-functional collaboration have consistently driven measurable improvements in productivity, customer experience, and execution speed.

Project Schedule & Governance Toolkit (Excel)

Designed a lightweight, Excel-based alternative to licensed scheduling tools that combines a dynamic Gantt view with built-in governance, risk visibility, and status tracking. The workbook evolved over multiple iterations into a stable, easy-to-use template that PMs can reuse for both personal and business projects.

Outcome:

  • Cut schedule build time by ~40% compared to creating trackers and reports from scratch, thanks to standardized layout and automated rendering.

  • Reduced weekly reporting and design effort by ~30% by consolidating timelines, statuses, and icons into a single, structured view.

  • Avoids additional scheduling-tool license spend, representing hundreds of dollars per PM per year in potential savings.

  • Now shared and reused by other PMs as a governance toolkit, forming the basis for future PMO SOPs and aligned ways of working.

Entity, Currency & Bank Repository

Led a global initiative to drastically reduce the time spent registering new legal entities for commercial operations. The project centralized key documentation, such as invoicing methods, supported currencies, registration certificates, and SWIFT/banking details, in a dynamic repository updated annually.

Outcome
Reduced onboarding time from multiple days to just 5 minutes, enabling real-time access and accelerating international deal execution across Sales Ops, PMs, and BDMs globally.

MS Excel Automation Masterclass

Designed and delivered an internal masterclass focused on advanced Excel automation techniques, including macros, pivot tables, and workflow optimizations.

Outcome
Improved data analysis speed and reporting consistency across departments, resulting in a 40% boost in team productivity and elevated automation maturity across the organization.

Account Mergers Acquisitions - Process Checklist

Created a structured internal/external framework for M&A transitions, clarifying roles, responsibilities, and documentation standards across teams.

Outcome
Enabled smoother handovers, stronger stakeholder collaboration, and a 20% improvement in process efficiency, particularly during customer-facing integration phases.

PM Mailbox Optimization (KPIs)

Developed KPIs to assess PM workload sustainability and support quality by analyzing customer interactions, issue resolution time, and revenue contribution.
